Modern Printed Matter–stationery and greeting cards

Graphic Designer Anna Cote of Bristol, Rhode Island, runs a small greeting card business called Modern Printed Matter. Although Anna was an artistic child, she also excelled at math and science. After pursuing an engineering career and working for 5 years in the environmental consulting industry, Anna was soon burned out from the corporate world. Not long after, she began Modern Printed Matter. After selling her designs to boutiques around Rhode Island and Massachusetts, her work became a hit. You can now find her designs in 250 shops nationally and internationally and recently, she moved her shop to Etsy.

Although Anna no longer works in the environmental consulting industry, environmental icons such as leaves, birds, and tree branches are still evident in her work. Check out her note sets, art prints, and greeting cards which range from simple monotones to simple and colorful design treats.
